I could never make boiled icing! Very nice flowers too!

I used a 'press-in stencil' to mark the lettering. Funny how everyone else's lettering always looks better, I thought mine wasn't very good. I had to make two batches of the boiled icing as I didn't let it cooll and ended up with custard the first time! The second batch was great to work with and tasted so good!
