Thank you for the comment! :oops: Hi there! Thought I could add descriptions to my photos (after) posting them, but that feature is not available yet! So, here goes. The cake is coverd in mm fondant. I put buttercream on the cake first (it fills any lumps and bumps) then I cover it with the fondant. It is very forgiving and does not dry quickly, so it is easy to smooth and re-smooth as needed. The roses are fontant and the other decorations were royal icing.
