i roll my cookies to the thickness of a CD case. i line up cds on eithere side of my parchment paper, cover my dough and roll it out. i use antonia74's turorial / method from her tutorial. if i am making cookies to take to a picnic or somthing where they wont be packaged i roll the dough out thinner and replace my cd cases with yardsticks on either side. that cuts the tickness in half about.

You do great work. This is soooo cute. How thick do you cut your cookies? They look great.
