Mom's Birthday Cake
Just a small cake (6in) for my Mom's 60th birthday...she love the flowers when I was taking my decorating course so that's what she got. Pound Cake/buttercream icing, with strawberry buttercream fill.

Thanks guys! Yes, the flowers are made from royal icing. And I was in such a panic doing a wedding cake at the same time that I rushed and didn't mix enough yellow buttercream so it looks a bit thin in spots...but mom didn't notice
