Snowflake Wedding Cake
This cake was made for a friend getting married on New Years Eve. The cake was tranported on an 8 hour trip to Waterloo Iowa. Each layer was a different flavor, red velvet, carrot, dark fudge, yellow butter cake. The icing was a whipped topping recipe with cream cheese.
