Groom's Cake
This is the 2nd cake order for delivery at work today. It is actually for a wedding shower being thrown for a man. It is a white chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse filling and iced in chocolate syrup frosting. The plaque on the front of the cake is fondant with rice paper and on the side are tuxedo strawberries and on top of the cake is milk chocoalte monograms.
