I am a children's librarian and held a "cake decorating" workshop at our local library. The kids got to decorate one of four cupcake patterns. Over 150 kids showed up. I chose simpler designs that even the younger kids could handle. The kids really enjoyed it and other libraries are now considering adding this program. We used blue icing for the base. For the eyes we cut a green Troll-ee Apple Ring in half. For the pupil we used a chocolate chip.
