Birthday cake for my brother-in-law who owns a gelato shop. "Boun Compleanno" is Italian for Happy Birthday and the "G" is the logo from their hats. Cut down full size waffle cones to make mini ones and filled with buttercream icing to represent gelato. This cake was inspired by a cake done by cupcakequeen.
