Thanks everyone! For the filling I put oreos in the food processor and made them into "pieces" and then poured ganache over it and turned it into a squishy filling. I had a piece of the cake b/c I made it for a friend and the ganache was a little too hard - like a candy bar - next time I'm going to use Hershey's syrup so it will stay gooey.
