They hide them in the kitchen shops. Some at Downtown Disney, and some on Main Street in Magic Kingdom. COme in both blue and red, and you can even use the pancake/egg molds for smaller size cookies.
Be careful in pricing - these were so time consuming - had to layer all the various colors and make sure there was no bleeding. I think I only charged $4 per cookie, and they are about 4.5" cookies. Got the cutter while at Disneyworld.
