I made this one for our annual get together at My Mum & Dad's it is normally the last weekend in November but had to be a week earlier last year (2005) so that everyone that normally comes to put the tree up could be there(its an artificial tree they put up by the way) Anyway this cake was for that weekend and was the first of quite a few Christamas Cakes I made last year :o)
