Ice Cream Cake
This is an ice cream filled cake using the new Wilton "fanci fill" pan - chocolate cake and chunky monkey ice cream, with a cream cheese/whipped cream topping. How easy this was to use and I was pleased with the results

I haven't even seen the pan. I guess I will have to look for it. A Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream cake. It doesn't get much better than that!!
Great cake! I have this pan, but have been afriad to use it :oops: How did you store the cake after you filled it?
AmyKay, it has to be stored in the freezer being it is icecream filled; but in my house only lasted one day before being totally eaten!
