Your buttercream is SO smooth, I thought it was fondant! What method do you use??
pieface - wow what a compliment - thank you. I just started using Toba's method with this cake and LOVED it, iced and smoothed the cake in no time flat - a real time saver and the icing is even all around the cake.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these dotted/circle cakes, have yet to do one. I LOVE your colors and overall pattern, and how you put the message right on one of the dots! Great Cake!
