Seashell Wedding Cake

Seashell Wedding Cake on Cake Central

This is a Pina Colada cake with a coconut cream filling, covered with pina colada flavored buttercream, sand is made from crushed graham cracker. Shells are made from white chocolate. This is my first attempt at working with chocolate molds, my first attempt at stacking tiers, and my first attempt at a wedding cake. This is also only the 5th cake I've ever done.. I was super excited with the results!
