In album: hatter
Made this for my mom. Butter cream frosting and Fondant balls and bow. The roses are my first attempt with Gum Paste. Hershey Chocolate Cake. This was my first attempt at a hat cake. First attempt at ribbon bow too. She loved it! Feather was fondant too. Me and my 7 yr. old daughter made the feather together. Thanks for looking.

Could you tell me the size pan you use for the rim and what did you use for the hat?

I used a larger pan from a 4 piece round cake pan set..12" maybe? One layer. For the top I used a Pampered Chef small batter bowl. Thanks!
