So elegant! I love swiss dots, yours look great with the color background. Where would I find the whipped cream icing recipe? From a book or CC? TIA

Thanks! My whipped cream icing is a non-dairy whipped cream product called BC, and it's made by a company called InstantWhip. It comes in a carton, like milk, and you just whip it up with a whisk attachment on your mixer. It is wonderful and ices so smooth! If you do a web search for InstantWhip, you should be able to find their website and you can see if you can get BC in your area.

Can whipped cream stand room temperature? Hoe long can it be kept in room temperature

how did you get that beautiful sheen? Luv the cake btw!

Thanks! I think the sheen is just on screen. It's just plain old whipped cream icing, tinted yellow. :)

Beautiful Jessica! This is the color I have to do for a 50th anniversary cake! Love the swiss dots and the placement of the flowers make it pop!! Great cake as usual!
