Thanks! I use a non-dairy whipped cream product called BC, and it's made by a company called InstantWhip. It comes in a carton (like milk), and you just pour it in your mixing bowl and beat it with a whisk attachment. It's wonderful, and so stable. It is a dream to work with, and it ices so smooth!!! Thanks! I found a font that I thought would work well, and then I printed out the letters on regular paper. I taped the paper to a cookie sheet and taped wax paper on top of the paper. Then, I made some normal consistency royal icing and outlined the letters. Then, I used thinned down royal icing to fill in the outlines. I let them dry for a couple days, and then mixed super pearl luster dust with lemon extract and painted that on the letters. It was pretty easy, and I love the look of the monograms.
