This cake was a lemon slab (Sheet), I used the Faux Fondant II recipe from this site, and I flavoured it with lemon. Everyone loved the flavour and texture! The decoration on the top is make of plastic icing, it is a quilt, with a spray of Roses,Rose Leaves, Ivy Leaves, Frangapani, and Blossoms.
