Nice job. I like the way you covered the train in frosting too. It looks neater.
Yeah I happen to really dislike Fondant. It looks great and I am drawn creatively to what you can do with it, but in the end I just think it doesn't taste good. And I think a cake should taste even BETTER than it looks! So this was a bit of both worlds.
