Husbands Toyota Matrix Bday Cake
My husband loves his car so I made it for his Birthday! This is my first structure cake and the first time I have used fondant (made mmf). The fondants texture changed when I added the food coloring it ended up having super mini sized craters in it The tires are lacking should have been inset but ran short on time. Ahhh well, next time. The important part was that he loved it and it tasted awesome! Feedback would be really appreciated!!! (how to fix fondant texture???)
I really love it, it's just so realistic. I'm not sure though on how to get the fondant without crater? Great cake though!!!

I have figured out that too much crisco caused the mini craters.
