This was my very first order for a cake for a girl that was leaving my job. wasn't a paying job but it was my first step at being recognized. This is a death by chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, all buttercream. basketweave top, sculpted sides and a shell border.

As you can see my writing sucks and it would have looked nicer with a shell border on the top to cover the basketweave edges but everyone still love it
