This was for my BIL (he married my sis this weekend). The bottom tier is a 8" square--my killer chocolate cake; and the top tier is a 6" yellow cake. Both tiers are filled with whipped ganache and iced in chocolate BC and drizzled with ganache. My husband did the set up of the cake with the strawberries and truffles (let's just say I had more truffles to put on that some how did not make it to the cake...LOL). I was very thankful for all his help!
