Really starting to like fondant although I have no idea on completely smoothing out all sides of a round cake! This is my secret recipe chocolate fudge cake (three layers) with buttercream filling and frozen raspberries, chocolate buttercream on the top and sides and then covered with fondant and fondant cut outs.
