This cake is a 6" with 4 layers of french vanilla cake w/ custard filling. My friend's daughter adores turtles so I made it out of buttercream and used a toothpick to sculpt. Also a #1 tip to pipe the square squiggly designs on the back. I liked it but, as usual, wished I had started earlier so I wouldn't be falling asleep over the buttercream at 2:00 a.m. ;)
