Brownie Wedding Tier Cake
So here it is in all its final glory. 128 2x2in fudge brownies all decorated with chocolate fudge icing and 50% topped with white chocolate shavings and 50% topped with crushed white and milk chocolate malt balls. Top cake was a 6in chocolate fudge cake topped with crushed malt balls, white chocolate shavings and chocolate sauce. Lustre dusted white chocolate malt balls and white chocolate monogram to finish it off. A close-up of the top cake is in my gallery if you want to see it better!
