Well this was fun. I'm just practicing. We only had one class so far where we just observed. I know it take a lot of practice. I was over anxious to try roses so there they are. I can't wait to learn more! It was just a small cake. I'm going to make a round cake for Wednesday's class. The leaves were harder than I thought they would be.
