i made this cake today for my neighbor's surprise party tomorrow. She is very patriotic, so i figured red, white and blue would be safe colors. The bottom is a 12" butter chocolate cake with strawberry vanilla b/c filling and french vanilla frosting, the middle is 8" butter cake with nutella filling, top is chocolate fudge cake with strawberry filling. all the icing is french vanilla. this is the first time i have done any striping, didn't turn out too bad. any feed back is greatly appreciated.
