This cake is a dark chocolate cake with a raspberry filling. The filling was made from raspberry preserves and chambord. I covered the cake with a chocolate cinnamon buttercream. I topped it with dark chocolate drizzles. Around the outside I dipped fresh strawberries, raspberries and black cherries in dark chocolate and the topped with white chocolate. A chocolate lovers dream! It tasted just like a truffle.
