This is a delicious 3 layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for the filling as well. It is a very dark and moist cake. I entered it into a small contest for an Arts Commisision's 25th anniversary. It won 1st in the "tasting cakes" category. I couldn't get the frosting as smooth as I wanted, but it tasted good!
