HUGE cookies - Duke University Chapel

These were 5 x 7" cookies that were used as centerpieces for a graduation dinner celebrating some Duke grads. The mother has been trying to get me to make some cookies like the chapel on campus for two years now... this was the best I could do... especially since they had to be shipped with all the diploma place marker cookies!
