In album: four
My first attempt at petit fours for a bunco party. Brown = Covered and filled w/chocolate ganache, White = Covered w/ poured fondant and filled w/raspberry buttercream. Would have been much easier without the filling but it tastes so good! Royal icing dots. I discovered I liked pouring the ganache better than the fondant - did an awful job covering with the fondant. These got pretty messy because I had to keep taking them in and out of fridge (Texas heat)!
