In community album: 2006 Wedding Cake Contest
This cake ws designed around the Irish Trinity Knot.  It is a fondant covered cake with a royal icing cake topper in the shape of the Trinity Knot.  There are close to 100 gum paste shamrocks and 20 white gum paste roses on this cake.  The sides are decorated with Trinity Knot as well.  This picture includes a close up of the topper as well as the shamrocks.
