Thank you for your nice compliments. carlysun, I used a four-petal flower cutter.I used the ball end of a gumpaste tool to thin out the edges of the petals. I used luster dust to color them after they dried.

OMG what a BEAUTIFUL job you did!!! I love the flowers they look soooooo real! what color luster dust did you use?
Thank you so much! I I used a bit of yellow mixed with a little gold for the inside of the petals. I used "raspberry " luster dust on the outer petal. I then used a light brushing of "super pearl dust" over the whole flower. I put buttercream centers in after placing the flowers on the cake.
