My first stacked cake. 2nd time ever using fondant. Cake is white almond sour cream. Filled with raspberry and cream cheese filling. I bought the gumpaste flowers pre-made and dusted them with petal dust. When I stacked the cake, some of the fondant cracked up the sides of the bottom tier. I just drew my flower stems along the cracks. I'm pretty happy with it, even though it had problems.
