"coffe House" Cupcakes
These are made to look like little cups of coffee - I got the idea from Wilton's Cupcake book, but I didn't make the matching saucer because they were for my son's class. They were having a "Coffee House" night to feature all of their writings for the year. I thought these fit into their theme perfectly! The teacher loved them!

How did you make the decoration on top? I love it.
The "steam" on top was so easy! I just melted my chocolate in the microwave and put it into an icing bag and snipped off the tip. Then I printed out a whole sheet of the pattern and piped the chocolate onto wax paper following the pattern. I recommend putting them into the freezer before you use them or they will break on you!
