My 1st Luau cake....I got the idea from the beautiful cakes on this site! The sand is crushed graham crackers. All of the accents are icing, except for the flowers which are fondant (also my first time working with fondant!!). The tiki hut is an ice cream cone covered in chocolate icing...my husband said it looked like Cousin It, so I will try to make it more 'hut' like next time!
