This was my first attempt at a Topsy-Turvy Cake. WHAT A DISASTER!! it was supposed to have 3 layers, and ended up falling apart a couple hours before my family came over for dinner. I guess I need a little more work on how to do it all, and how to work with fondant. I ended up covering it with fondant, then because it looked so bad, covered the fondnat with buttercream icing!
