The hat was the tip of a sugar cone that I painted with food color, then added a fondant/gumpaste brim. I used the doll mold for the witch, iced it in black bc, then covered with fondant that I had just kind of slashed jagged around the edges. The cauldron is 1/2 of the sports ball pan sitting on top of a small cake. I put green piping gel on the top. fondant eyeball. gummy worm. The flames are color flow. Hope this helps.
