Daughters Bridal Shower Cake
White cake with strawberry filing, second layer lemon with raspberry filing and top layer yellow cake with chocolate ganache filling. I traveled 2 hours with this already stacked and boxed, the temp was 105 outside! Yes, I know I am brave. It survived the trip just fine. This was a trial for her wedding cake in Sept. This is the second 3 tiered cake I have ever done.
