This is my good friend Patti 17th year Wedding Anniversary cake. It was a cake mix cake enhanced with 1 cup of flouor, sour cream, mango juice, and followed up by the cake box ingridients. I made my homemade mango filling which was delicious. The decoration were made mostly of BC icing, white and colored chocolate.

My girlfriend said she never tasted a cake that it was so good.
