CMC, is a natural hardener (like gum tragaganth) for sugarpaste. It is white powder and you need just a small quantity to make sugarpaste hard enough to stand (as you see Hook is standing on his 2 feet) but also makes sugarpaste playable with no cracks and you can give easily any small detail! It is fantastic and I am buying from UK via internet.
