Someone on here has a tutorial for doing a CCC and I just followed it. She uses the big icer tip to ice the top of the cupcakes but I used the glob "method" because I get to impatient with that tip. I just glued each CC down to the board with a dab of icing on the bottom then used a spoon to plop icing all over the top and smoothed with my spatula. Then I used a Viva and smoothed it like I would any other cake. It was a lot easier than I thought I was going to be lol.

How do you keep the cupcakes together when you spread on the buttercream?
yeah that's what i want to know...how do you get it to look like one sheet?
