My first attempt at chocolate curls. They didn't turn out the way I wanted, and they don't look like other chocolate curls I have seen on cakes, but they look alright. The lady that ordered this cake and the roach one in my photos called me on Tuesday afternoon to see if I could do these two cakes and have them to her by Wednesday evening. I didn't think I would be able to pull it off, but I did it!
