I would love to hear some details about this cake, it is gorgeous!
Thank you for your comments. The cake is vanilla with a dulce de leche filling. The castle I bought a couple of days before the event it is made out of styrofoam. The mother of the quinceañera ordered the cake from me a week before the event. Her cake lady bailed on her. So it was last minute everything. She was pleased with the cake.
