Final cake for class. Lesson learned on this cake....Don't procratinate. I didn't frost the cake until i got off work.Should have gotten off work at 1:30 but didn't get off until 4:20. By then i only had 40 minutes to frost and leave for the class. For now on i will have the cake frosted and ready the night before. Haste makes waste. But i was happy with the overall cake. Everybody has to start somewhere. Practice makes perfect. So more practicing for me.
