Just a quickie cake for a friend who did some yard work for me -- wouldn't take any money so thought I bake a cake! It's in a 9 x 13 tin foil pan so sometimes i feel like I've cheated!!!

WOW!!!! That's really nice for being done in a throw away lasagna pan. It looks like it could be an icecream cake. Very beautiful.
I didn't have any paper towels to smooth it out so used a napkin but it had creases!
