Customer picked the original design of this cake done by CakesbyAllison, so thank you Allison for giving permission to duplicate your beautiful skate cake... my bc is'nt as smooth and perfect as Allisons....lol. this is a white choc mud cake with white choc ganache filling covered in bc with fondant/gumpaste accents.... it was also my first experience piping bc borders, i still need more practice....lol.
