My daughter's best friends are twin girls. I made a book "bible" cake for them for their First Communion and gave each girl a page. The girls designed their own cake including the symbol they each wanted on their page and the colors and type of flowers they wanted. Buttercream icing decorated with fondant flowers and leaves. The cross and dove were also cut from fondant and outlined in buttercream.
