Off Set Chocolate Mud Wedding Cake on Cake Central

3 Tier Square Mudcake covered in chocolate fondant. The bride and groom were car enthusiasts, one a Holden and the other a Ford so they both had to have their make of car on the cake. Chocolate fondant roses.

Thank you all for your comments. CajunDaisy the size pans were 12" 9" 6" and are 3½" deep.Baked as whole cakes and not layered. Take a bit longer to cook.

may i ask you.. what recipe did you use for the chocolate fondant? i'm looking for a really tastey one (easy to make and work with) for a bride in May. You did such a wonderful job! Congrats! it's beautiful.

Hi valstupendo, I used a ready made Bakels chocolate fondant and added white to get the lighter colour. I'm not sure if you have Bakels where you come from but it seems to be world wide. Good luck.
