Daughters Wedding Cake

there are eight layers in all. Each layer is a different flavor. Gum paste roses and grape clusters all in white. The swans are white chocolate. Buttercream covers the cake.

THE SWANS ARE AWSOME!!! How did you make them?? The cake itself is wonderful but those swans really make it unique!!!
